Shipping, Returns & Warranty

We ship via carrier of our choice. Shipping costs are determined by item size and are shown at checkout.

Small items (walkie-talkies, tabletop radios) ship for $12. Larger items like boomboxes ship for $25. Some items include free shipping — it will be noted on the listing.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on item size and destination. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

All orders ship from the continental United States. We currently ship within the US only.

All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each listing includes detailed condition notes so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy. If you have questions about a specific unit, contact us before purchasing.

Every unit ships with a 90-day warranty covering the Bluetooth hardware retrofit only.

If your Bluetooth stops working within 90 days of delivery, contact us at support@signalrewind.com and we'll make it right. You are responsible for return shipping to us. Once repaired, we'll ship it back to you at no charge.

Given the age of these units, we cannot warranty the original mechanical or electronic components (cassette mechanisms, tuners, dials, etc.) beyond what is described in each individual listing. Condition details are provided for every unit.
